Valgan 450 mg is prescribed to treat cytomegalovirus retina (retinitis) infection in adult patients who have AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). Retinitis is a serious viral infection of the retina which should be treated under the supervision of a clinical expert. Valgan 450mg also prevent CMV (Cytomegalovirus) injection in patients who have undergone and received an organ transplant from a CMG infected donor. Valgan medicine belongs to the antiviral class of drug that helps to stop the growth and reproduction of the virus in the body.
